Our workshops challenge participants to act, and interact, with empathy, integrity and authenticity. They call participants to put their over-used slogans and rhetoric into action, demanding that they follow through on their promises and become accountable for their actions in being a leader.
Image Coaching empowers the client to step back and discover the conversations in the background, hidden from their view, that determine their performance.
Through image coaching our clients uncover the internalised and hidden conversations that created their image. Clients are able to identify the personal compensating factors that cause the disparity in the world between who they say they are and how they occur in the world.
Our clients are able to create new ways of being and authentic, powerful and effective actions, so that what occurs, is a synchronicity with what they stand for, what they say is so, and the actions that they take.
