Vicki Campbell was my coach for nearly 4 months. While I was lacking motivation and focus in different areas of my life, she gave me the inspiration and the motivation I needed to wake up and put me back on track. I am no longer being coached by her as our sessions have come to an end, but I am glad to say that she brought self-discipline back into my life, and now – as more balanced and conscious person - I am back in my classes and also doing my road runs again.

When I decided to try a coaching session with Vicki I wasn’t sure what it would involve, or if it would benefit me. After the initial session, with the assistance of Vicki, it became apparent that I had some areas of my life that were holding me back from living the life that deep down I knew was authentic to me. Vicki became my accountability coach, first teasing out my major blocks, procrastination and fear of failure.
